Senior Digital Signal Processing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing digital signal processing algorithms and systems that enhance our products and solutions. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, develop, and analyze systems for the extraction of information from signal
sensors and also serve as Task Lead.
- Analyze all hardware requirements and objectives and ensure optimization of all
algorithms and design all specifications for all digital processes and ensure
compliance to all guidance for implementation.
- Perform and provide technical support to all tests for hardware and prepare reports
to be submitted to all board design.
- Communicate results in briefings and written material to team, the customer and
management.
- Plan and perform analytical and engineering research, design development,
participate in testing and other technical assignments.
- Work in collaboration with product management, design, internal and external
cross-functional teams.• Document all project requirements and ensure adherence to all technical schedule
requirements and analyze all test results for same and manage all external
publications for same.
- Participate in full product life cycle, from conception and architecture to user
experience, and everything in between.
- Design and recommend improvements to all digital signal processes and
recommend improvements if required and perform tests on all software for systems
and draft all specifications for all test procedures.
- Evaluate all designs and prepare all projects and analyze all hardware and software
requirements for all processes and administer all projects.
- Develop proposals and support technology and business roadmap activities.
- Design and develop signal processing and machine learning algorithms in computer
vision, acoustic, and RF/radar domains.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Must possess and maintain a Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex signaling systems.
- Sound machine learning capabilities and math skills.
- Strict attention to detail and dedication to problem solving.
- Time management and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and utilize leadership skills when necessary.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, math or
physics.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages (C and C# systems) preferred.
- Fluency in Matlab software, preferred.

AI Solutions Engineer

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, ideal for someone who can solve complex technical problems while working directly with customers to deliver high-impact pilot programs and integrations.

The AI Solutions Engineer will own technical delivery from solution design through deployment, helping customers adopt next-generation AI capabilities while shaping best practices and product evolution. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Solutions Design & Development
- Architect and build LLM-enabled workflows, generative-AI pipelines, and custom integrations.
- Architect and build computer vision feature extraction, classification, and object detection pipelines.
- Develop prototypes, proof of concept, and small-scale pilot systems aligned with customer use cases.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Customer Integration & Deployment
- Lead technical discovery, solution scoping, and integration planning with customer engineering teams.
- Deploy AI pilots into customer environments (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).
- Build and support data ingestion pipelines, API integrations, agent frameworks, and evaluation systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through adoption and operationalization.

Technical Support & Enablement
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to customers during pilot and post-deployment phases.
- Develop documentation, reference architectures, and repeatable implementation patterns.
- Train customer teams on best practices for general AI systems and workflow integration.
- Serve as the technical advocate for customers internally and influence future product direction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering to relay customer feedback, edge cases, and new integration requirements.
- Partner with sales and customer success to support pre-sales demos, solutioning, and scoping discussions.
- Contribute to internal and external technical materials (whitepapers, demos, templates).

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Ability to obtain Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or solutions engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LLM pipelines and workflows as well as computer vision feature extraction, classification, and object detection.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Experience deploying AI applications via cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or on-prem environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering customer-facing pilots, proofs of concept, or integrations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

PREFERRED:
- Familiarity with MLOps workflows, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Background in enterprise data systems or API-first architectures.
- Previous technical consulting or field engineering experience.
