Precision disruption at standoff
Vadum’s EOD accessories provide operators with modular options for achieving precise, repeatable disrupter alignment for standoff operations across a wide range of mission types. The accessory suite enables controlled shot placement through recoil mitigation and stable, enhanced visual targeting to improve accuracy and consistency compared to manual or unaided setups. These capabilities are available individually or combined as a system, giving EOD teams flexible options to support precision disruption at standoff when operating with or without a robotic platform.
Disrupter Recoil Mount
The Vadum DRM is a rugged recoil-mitigating mount that attenuates disrupter firing forces to protect robotic arms and mounting hardware while maintaining disrupter alignment during firing. The DRM is standard with the MRED multi-shot system and is also compatible with single-shot PAN-style disrupters, enabling repeatable and stable use on robotic platforms.
Precision Aim Stand
A ground-deployed firing stand providing fine elevation and azimuth positioning for precise disrupter alignment during standoff operations. The PAS supports the Disrupter and DRM assembly including MRED and single-shot PAN-style disrupters, enabling controlled, repeatable shot positioning for live EOD operations, training exercises, and test & evaluation activities.
AR Targeting Camera
The AR Targeting Camera provides enhanced visual feedback and augmented-reality (AR) aim referencing to support accurate disrupter alignment at standoff distances. The module mounts directly to the Precision Aim Stand or may be deployed on a nearby tripod, enabling operator-directed shot placement.
