Awarded Small Business Innovative Research Grant (SBIR Phase I) to Develop Short-Range Detection of Radio Transceivers for Physical Security.

Vadum has been awarded a Small Business Innovative Research Grant (SBIR Phase I) to develop  a system for Short-Range Detection of Radio Transceivers for Physical Security.  This technology, developed by Dr. Aaron Walker, Vadum's Chief Technology Officer, is capable of detecting the presence of radio transmitters by focusing on the unintended emissions that can be actively generated.  The technology allows for the detection of unpower transceivers.  The program will be managed by Dr. Dev Palmer,  Army Research Office, Research Triangle Park, NC.
